Every single item was exactly as posted and in the condition they quoted. Easy to find if taking George Bush/161 North or South get off on Egyptian Way first exit North of Hwy 30 and head west to until street ends and take a left go three blocks on right side \BIG ORANGE BUILDING\. The owner (a United States Air Force VETERAN) and the employees cared about me (I mattered to them not for just a few bucks one time). I am so happy with Warehouse 31! A company with integrity, honesty, great products at great prices everything you could ask from an auction company!!! As a USAF veteran myself \Vets use this auction company\, they really care about you!

This company is the best of the best when it comes to auctions. They are very professional, upbeat and friendly. They provide excellent service, their auctions are very informative, they have a viewing prior to the end of the auctions and quality photos, plus they answer any questions or concerns promptly. When you pick up your auction winnings they are very organized, everything is ready to go and they are willing to assist in any way they can. Their service is far above any other auction company I have dealt with in the Dallas/Ft Worth and surrounding areas. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had the pleasure of watching this young auction company grow over the past year. They do a great job of sourcing new items, photographing and describing them accurately. Their photos show maker’s marks and give measurements which is really helpful in making bidding decisions. Another big help to me is that they have my things all together when it’s time for pickup. It’s nice to deal with such well organized, honest, professional and friendly people!

Spoke to the Owner earlier this year and he sounded nice and we agreed for me to call back the next month to schedule a pickup of my items. When I tried to reach out to them a month later they would never return my calls. I left several voicemail's with both numbers. Even if this person is too busy to take new clients it is very unprofessional to not return phone calls. Hopefully they at least return calls from present clients. Boo Hoo!
