Great place to hike or ride my bike
We use to love this trail & used it a lot to trail ride with my kids, but I'm disappointed in all the gravel they put down it's hard on the horses. It was a beautiful trail before, for bike rides, or walking the dog, and now it looks like a gravel road.
Beautiful place and a very long trail.
Walked the Cicero section of this trail. Although it was a beautiful Labor Day, I saw only one other person using it during a 40-minute stroll. There is a nice smooth blacktop surface. Some sections are nearly overtaken by blackberries. Some maintenance (or more users) might be needed to keep the blacktop from turning into greentop.
