I first discovered Rock Wall's Alameda tasting room during a Yelp event - and have returned for tastings a few times with friends. Their wines are delicious and their location on the edge of Alameda island offers industrial views of the Bay and San Francisco. Fun location to bring out of town guests - be sure to check out the dome!

WOW!! What a hidden oasis!!! Owners are hardworking, honest, and passionate about their amazing venue!!! These two have created an extraordinarily warm and inviting place to make a beautiful memory!! Once we met them and toured their facility we stopped shopping!! We have been treated with the utmost respect and care with regards to our wedding. Our wedding was PERFECT. Mr. and Mrs. Lovins made sure that the venue was constantly clean and they were available to our guests at any given moment for questions and concerns. The entire event ran so smoothly because of their expertise and professionalism! THANK YOU!! And don't forget about their pumpkin patch in October! We couldn't believe the extent of pumpkin varieties and their fall decorations! These two really know what they're doing when it comes to hospitality! You won't regret choosing this venue!!
This venue is one of the most beautifully landscaped places I have ever been to. I have been to 3 weddings here. Each more beautiful than the last. there are several areas that are remarkable. The gazebo where the ceremony takes place has a small brook and you can hear the subtle calming sound of babbling throughout the area. The groom's area has a putting green to help the groomsmen help quell the nerves and pass the time. The bridal preparation suite has plenty of room for any number of ladies to get ready plus an additional room for the bride. There is an adorable play place for the kiddos. I saved the best for last. There is a hedge maze. This is an exquisite labyrinth each twist and turn it gets more beautiful. Leading to an amazing finale at the center. If I were to ever renew my vows with my wife I would love for it to be here!
Beautiful area and outdoor wedding space. They were very understanding and flexible throughout the entire COVID madness. Love these people and what they have done with their venue space.
My hubby & I got married here 1 month ago. The venue is incredibly beautiful. There are many photo op areas & plenty of room for guests. There are separate bride & groom suites that are very roomy & decorated nicely. They even have real bathrooms on the property for guests! I was surprised at how many outdoor venues use a port potty. They have a storage shed full of things you can use at no extra charge for decorating. It really kicked our decor up a notch. They even have a kubota tractor they will clean up if you would like to use it for photos. Again at no extra charge. Bob & Heidi take great care in their venue & our wedding was even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. They are available throughout the day/night when ever you need them. At the end of the night they are there helping you clean up so that you can get out in time. I have read reviews saying they are intrusive & pushing the bartender for last call. They do suggest a last call with the bartender. Some people might not like this. I wasn't present when they were talking to the bartender but I think this is helpful. They are not saying you need to leave right then. People can still hang out & dance. It is just to start the process of closing the night down. I felt like they are the professionals & they know how long it's going to take for everything to be broken down, ect. They want to give your deposit back & are there to help. Over all our wedding was amazing. If I had to do it over again I would still pick this venue. P.S. I wrote this review under my daughter's account since I'm not signed up for one.
