I bought my hot tub from these guys in 2016. I had looked at the brand name tubs(caldera etc) but they were 15k for the specs I wanted. I heard about these guys from a friend and drove over to their facility. They have a load of options and choices, The customer service was brilliant and I ended up paying a third of what I was being quoted everywhere else. After payment the guys delivered to me in Slidell and set it up.....In the 4 years I've owned my tub I have had to call them twice....once as the heater element went out after 3 years and the other was due to a blown fuse that I could have fixed myself if I had known it was the fuse. On the two occasions I've called these guys they have been super quick to respond and resolve my issues. I highly recommend this company. THANK YOU! Mark B

If I could give them a zero for a review I would their customer service is terrible Richard promised to come out and fix our hot tub and he never even called or text to let me know he wasn’t coming so then I text him and he gives me some other guys number and then tells me not to call him this late Or the guy would blocked me I don’t need parental advice from a man who can’t even keep his appointments

Not too happy at this point. My spa has been down with a burned up circuit board (still under warranty) for over a week, and talked to Richard the owner a week ago and today which is Wednesday, said call back Monday for an appointment. At that point they will remove the circuit board send it off to the manufacturer and and let them determine if it's warranted or not. My house or RV (which are on the same circuit had no issues). Needless to say I'm not happy. I advise don't buy from Armstrong spas in Long Beach Mississippi. My spa went down January 20th and is now March and is still not working.

Don't let the cheap prices fool you. Their quality is inferior and their customer service is awful. Brand new tub broke down over a month ago yet somehow their service guy can't find the time to come and check it out. We don't even care if we have to pay for the service call if for some reason it's not a warranty issue. The tub is only 3 months old. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else, even if the cost is higher. Better to have a tub that works and service guys that actually do their iob.
