We visited with the scout troop to do the loop trail for a birding hike. The trail was a bit marshy in places which was understandable given the recent rain. Otherwise, the trail was in good shape except the interpretive signage was in a poor state of repair and sometimes nearly impossible to read. We saw several species of birds including a flying turkey. Overall, the boys enjoyed it and want to return in the future.
