Due to a fire in my main electrical panel, our house was filled with acrid smoke. ServPro came out the same day I called and checked the smell and tested the walls for residue. By that evening they had determined that the walls were okay and the most important fix was to filter the residue from the air. They brought in a set of high-volume air cleaners and a ionization device to clear the air. They operated of 3 days and 4 nights and did the job! I was particularly impressed that ServPro didn't try to sell me other services such as wall, carpet, and upholstery cleaning up front. Rather they tried the simplest and most direct solution with the thought that they would try other remedies only if the air purification did not work. I am pleased with the results and happy that they minimized the my cost!

We had a sewage backup in a bathroom in a high-end property used for weekly rentals. Our rental manager recommended SERVPRO, which we authorized on an emergency basis to satisfy the guests. SERVPRO came quickly, but did a poor cleanup job. There were remnants of the sewage still visible in the shower after the cleanup and there were other signs that the cleaning was not complete. We were charged just under 1,000 (one thousand dollars) for one hour of cleanup. The rental guests did not want to stay in the house and cancelled the rest of their stay, so we lost rent in addition to the excessive clean-up bill. When we complained about the poor job the manager at SERVPRO offered a 60 discount on their 1,000 bill. In sum, SERVPRO charged an exorbitant amount for poor quality work.
The team at ServPro went above and beyond. Not only provided great work, but ensured understanding of the process and acted in rapid fashion to help us avoid more damage with our flooded basement. Can't recommend ServPro Annapolis enough! They came back to the house on the weekend just to check in and ensure work had been effective and showed caring and professionalism at every turn. Answering my calls numerous times as I dealt with insurance provided me great clarity on each step of the process and I am super thankful for ServPro's help!

On a Saturday morning we woke to a fire in our garage smoking up the whole house. ServPro was there within the hour of calling them with industrial HEPA filters/air purifiers and began working on the remedying the smoke damage. They hand wiped every item in the house; cleaned the walls, ceilings and furniture over the next week weeks. All the staff during this time were incredibly professional, courteous and patient with my questions during this incredibly stressful time and their work was top notch. More recently, in cleaning out my father's house we found a number of family documents and heirlooms that strongly smelled of mildew. We called ServPro and asked if they could help. Craig came out quickly to assess the work and explained the process. I would not trust just anyone with these heirlooms. They removed all of the smells, on everything! Again the people who work her are great, professional, patient, trustworthy and do great work! Highly recommend.
