This place is unimaginably bad. I have waited TWO months for them to deliver on something, and they have lied time after time after time about having the cover ready. Thank God I held off on sending a partial payment. The other reviews are spot on. I had the exact same experience. Weeks without returned emails/texts/phone calls, then promises for immediate installation of the cover, and then just nothing. Complete radio silence. I cannot believe this place is in business.

I never got to see their work because all I got were empty promises on a start date. Turn and run the other way, unless you don't mind getting lines of BS constantly on a start date and a completion date. They are typically to the marine industry, expensive and arrogant because they know the choices are limited. I have three boats for them to work on. Her reaction was literally the following. "Do you know how many people promise more work and never send it, I can careless about the other boats" I replied, "No really I have three boats that need work" She then said she would give me a 10% discount that was not in the bid. I called her on it and she said "I am not going to give you a discount on the first one but if you really have other work we will get you a discount then. But really what is a !0% discount, when all she does is give a higher bid to cushion for the 10% discount. Then there really isn't a discount at all. I will go without a bimini before I would ever trust this company.
They are a bit hard to nail down but their work is worth it. They redid our sail bag for our 40 ft Beneteau & did a beautiful job. We love it. The workmanship & ease of use is amazing. We're going back for more work to be done.
When talking to the owner I was very impressed with her knowledge of my boat. however, when trying to make an appointment to have one of her employees come and measure my boat I was told that I will have to try and contact her employee to set up the appointment. Not that her employee will contact me but I needed to take my time and chase down one of her employees. Come on now, where has customer service gone to these days? When did it become the norm for a customer to chase someone down just to make an appointment. I have to believe this attitude is an indication of just plan bad customer service, so if I were you I would steer away from this business and find one that really want your business.
They made up new plastic tarp cover pieces for our boat, and the pieces didn't fit (couldn't snap the thing shut). When we complained (twice) they wouldn't come out and make it right.
