My children absolutely adore this place! The shop is clean, well organized and so cute. I bring my kids here to make gifts for their teachers & relatives. I also bring my out of town guest families to make HHI souvenirs. The staff is so happy & helpful. Great fun for all!

Unbelievably helpful staff. Highly attentive to children, knowledgeable, and created a personalized experience. We were there for several hours and never felt rushed to complete our work.
