Amazing. I purchased a 19th century painting recently, and, while beautiful, needed cleaning, revarnishing and, most importantly, repair. There was a significant hole punched through the delicate canvas and a tear beside it. Emily and Ram were great. Open communication, quick and friendly. That's good customer service, sure - but how was the work? Incredible. Not only did they repair it with seamless patches, but they replaced at least one other "just because" at the original bid. They ALSO repaired the edges all around the stretcher that were frayed. Their work was meticulous. The painting came back luminous, vibrant and more beautiful than I could have expected. You cannot tell where there were holes. The paint match is perfect. Finally - the cost. Shockingly reasonable. I was expecting a 4 figure bill at the very least - all of the above, plus the cleaning and revarnishing, for less than a grand. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had three paintings that needed work, but the one we were really worried about was an oil of my sister from c.1945. Faded, stretchers loose, and so full of little tears that you could see through it when it was held to the light. I only hoped it could be saved in some form. Ram and Emily took great care of it, and it came back to us looking new! They even uncovered an older painting, of my father, on the back. Take your art to these people, you'll be amazed.
Ram Garza and his assistant Emily are so easy to work with. They respond quickly to emails, are friendly and professional in person, and Ram's work is pure wizardry! I have no idea how he repaired a large tear in a 120-year-old painting without any evidence of the destruction remaining. He's one talented restorer of fine art!
An old family painting was in need of work on the frame and as it turns out, some precautionary work on the painting itself. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! I'll be taking a third picture to them as well. I am very glad I found them!!!!
Were easy to work with, gave me a fast estimate(which I thought was reasonable) and after I went to pick it up I couldn't tell that anything had ever injured the painting I brought in. Friendly kind and responsive staff. They know their stuff. Highly recommend.

I received a piece of art as a gift that was damaged in transit. I emailed a couple of art restoration places around town with images of the damage and every restorer wanted to see the damage in person before providing a quote - not surprising but also inconvenient.
