I was referred from a friend to contact these guys. My home business computer was having Internet connectivity issues. Dropping connections, slow loading of webpages. The technician came out and I was advised that there was a mandatory first hour and any time after that would be billed at 15 minute increments. The tech was in the area and he stopped by pretty quick. The issue was resolved in about 30 minutes; I was actually billed for 30 minutes instead of the full hour. I was actually cool with the rate, but he said he was in the area anyway and did not see in me paying the full rate. If he were in town, it would be a different story. I was very thankful for his discounted price. I was really unaware of the other services this company offered; I actually was in dire straights for an alarm system due to a recent home burglary. He said they install alarm systems too. He called into the office and they gave him permission to get a system installed. The alarm system was all wireless, so installation was pretty darn quick and the installation was very professional. I was very impressed that a computer technician was able to install an alarm system. The alarm system and monthly alarm monitoring rates were quite reasonable too; I will definitely continue using this company for my technology needs.
