After getting the runaround from other CPAs about a simple tax issue, I called Arthur. He instructed me to pull out my tax return and we went through a few lines and my problem was quickly resolved. Best part? He did it for free!! He said, \I am not going to charge you for something you can easily do on your own.\ This is much appreciated and great business acumen!
