I've been here twice. Comfortable atmosphere where I felt comfortable browsing for what I needed without being profiled. I'm looking at you Blick. The reason why I only gave them 4 stars. Is no one acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance. It was kind of funny. I was in an aisle with an associate, in they were right in the area where I needed to get too, but they didn't acknowledge me either. Hey, I suppose it's better than being followed around.

I’m not really an “artist”, but they’ve never made me feel unwelcome. Always very helpful, and willing to admit when they don’t know, rather than sell you something you don’t need. Most recently I needed advice on painting my pickguard. Despite being very busy someone found me ambling the aisles and helped me figure out what I needed and where to find it. He even found the little bottles of paint to save me some money. Very cool. It turned out great imo.
