Marshall and team made ordering and delivering award plaques seamless for our organization. During this crazy pandemic they have pivoted nicely. I was able to order, proof and pay without ever setting foot inside their door. They shipped the awards to the individual recipients and even included a personal letter in each package. Highly recommend this business!

A fantastic experience all around. I chose this trophy shop because they are one of the few that is open on Saturday. In the end, they did excellent custom work for my fantasy league's 14 year old trophy. We had been wanting a golden chicken on our trophy for years and Crown is the only place that even offered a solution. The customer service was five-stars throughout, the turnaround times were very impressive and the price was extremely competitive - this place is cheaper, better and faster than any other trophy shop I've visited in Texas or Colorado for the last decade.

A cherished company trophy was accidently broken. We called Marshall about replacing it. Sadly no, but amazingly he was able to rebuild the broken pieces and the seams are perfectly invisible. As a company and personally, Crown Trophy is our first choice for a variety of products.
