I took a calligraphy workshop with Srujana at Menakshee Designs and fell I love with the art!!! Calligraphy is so intimidating and I’ve tried it before but failed. Srujana’s workshop helped me as a beginner figure out how to start, get the basics down and she even left us with practice worksheets to continue on our own afterward. Srujana’s workshop made me go from not knowing where to start with calligraphy to feeling confident to take steps in the right direction to develop my own technique. I definitely would recommend Menakshee Design’s workshop to anyone looking to get into calligraphy!
Srujana is truly an artist. She custom designed these stunning invitation cards for my best friend’s baby shower that I was hosting. The calligraphy was beautiful (something so rare to find these days), the graphics were so detailed and unique, and the quality of the cards were top-notch! She even designed the mailing envelopes. If you have an exact vision, great! But if you don’t, she will help you actualize ideas into concrete designs. Srujana was so patient when she was working with me - we went through a couple drafts before settling on the perfect final product. She really did go above and beyond with all my requests. All the invitees were soooo impressed with her work. Thank you Srujana for your unparalleled artistry, efficiency, and professionalism! The custom invitation cards really made the whole event that much more special.
