I sent my boyfriend here last night and here is how things went: 1. They made him pay in advance. Since he didn't bring cash, this forced him to give a tip before he knew how the service would be. 2. The woman couldn't speak a word of English, therefore she was unable to hear where his problem areas were, unable to change pressure, unable to know where not to massage due to injuries. I verified this when I went in to cancel my appointment that was supposed to follow his; I tried to tell her I wanted to cancel because of how unhappy my boyfriend was. She made me say the word "unhappy" in her google translator on her phone, and then proceeded to try to communicate with me in her language, acting all confused. 3. During my boyfriend's massage, the woman took a 20 MINUTE PHONE CALL, and just LEFT HIM on the table wondering what was going on. He paid for the full 90 minutes. 4. She gave him a weak 20 minute foot massage WITHOUT ANY OIL to finish off the experience. He messaged me this morning to tell me that he has indian burns on his feet. He works on his feet all day. In summary, instead of a relaxing, alleviating experience, it was a confusing, uncomfortable experience that actually made his next day worse. I do not know how this place is open. My boyfriend was too nice to walk out, but he knows better now. I have never written a bad review before, but I honestly think people should be warned before wasting their money on a place like this. I am furious, and so is he.
