I love this place, the staff really kept me up to do date on my laundry. They returned everything they found in the laundry including mp3 players, and some cash. They did not return my clothes shrunk or discolored, but they return them beautifully folded with complimentary laundry bags that can fit a human body. I was tired of wasting my time at the mat so I tried them out and had all good experiences. They finished my friggin 60 lbs of laundry, my dry 4 dry cleaning articles, and button reinforcement on a coat within 3 days (the laundry finished first, the coat took a few days). Dont sleep on their discounts either.

I have gone to TomKat jewelers for several jewelry items with great success. I had silver rings resized, 2 links with stones removed from a tanzanite bracelet, Kat extended a beautiful Native American made silver onyx cuff bracelet (was originally made for a smaller wrist), and she fixed a previous jeweler's flawed way of attaching a large labradorite to a unique silver bracelet. The labradorite bracelet was tough because even the original jewelry designer was unable to determine a fix and so the stone and the basket would not continue to disconnect without destroying the design. Kat's prices are fair and service is usually approximately 2 weeks since she is a one-woman show. All items came out perfect, like they were designed that way. Kat takes great pride in her work. They caused damage to my watch by improperly removing the back cover to replace the battery. Photo of the damage they caused attached. Upon telling her of the damage she apologized and said she had two new girls working for her and that she would file down the damage and polish it to fix it. Needless to say I told her I would take it to someone else to determine the extent of the damage since I did not trust the quality of their work.

Kat has done an amazing job educating me about the different types of metals and what goes into jewelry making. I have not been able to wear my wedding ring for almost 4 years due to getting a rash from it. I thought it was just the way it was designed, but I did not realize that there is A LOT of nickel in white gold, and I am allergic to nickel. So, instead of buying a new ring, Kat informed me that I could dip my ring in rhodium plating. Now, no rash, no issues, just a beautiful ring! Thank you Kat!!!
