After the initial phone call into their office for an appointment, Mike came by shortly our home and assessed our refrigerator's issue. Mike stated that the part could take three days to two months to come in due to back ordering on some parts. However, Mike found the part after making calls to local vendors in the area and repair the refrigerator the same day! Mike did an outstanding job. Very thorough, friendly, and professional. I called ASAP Appliance at 12:45p. They had a technician come before 2p. Mike was polite, good mannered and knew exactly what the issue was in a matter of minutes.
