Trista was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been In the healthcare field for over 15 years. I've dealt with consolidated labs throughout those years from a healthcare standpoint. The call center in Jax is top of the line! The carrier who picks up our specimens very professional, efficient, and pleasant! This was my first experience as a patient with consolidated lab and the first employee I've encountered that was rude and unwilling to help a patient. I quickly called and am currently filing a proper complaint. I'm awaiting a call back from her supervisor to give all the details! But, never again will i come to this lab as long as Trista is an employee.

They get you in and out quickly. Pretty clean and the staff is somewhat friendly, but it's pricey if you don't have insurance.
