Made a hold my spot appointment yesterday for 9:00 this morning. I was in a room by 9:10. The lady who checked me In was very professional and helpful. My nurse was as well, and she explained what she was doing and offered me info about the available tests. More of the same with the doctor who explained even more details about the tests. They were all very kind, and I felt comfortable and confident in the facility.

It was so professional and efficient. Love the online booking and text notifications. Front desk was top notch (which is always an indicator of a good practice) and doctors and nurses were great. Have already recommended to family.

My family has used this clinic at least a dozen times this year. We've had covid tests, blood tests, gotten antibiotics, and my daughter goes there for weekly allergy shots. Her strong fear of needles makes those trips pretty difficult. Regardless, the staff are unfailingly kind, patient, friendly, and professional. The whole place is spotless. Our experiences have always been positive.

It's unbelievable to see how rude people can be in this city. The staff is working without power because their management told them to and patients are complaining and being jerks toward the nurses. I commend them for biting their tongues and not telling these morons to go somewhere else to get treated.
