Worst service ever. ASG Connect modem hasn't worked in 6 months, can't get a supervisor on the phone, customer service couldn't possibly be more rude. Have been on hold over 1 hour today just trying to cancel this crap service. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE, THEY SUCK SO HARD IT IS UNREAL!
