Maintenance has been awful. Don’t put any comments as far as what they should know when entering your apartment because they won’t look at it. (I work from home and even though I say call before entering to set up a time, they will come right in anytime) The front gate never works. We’ve had numerous no hot water issues. Reaching someone at the office by phone is nearly impossible. If you finally do get to talk to someone, they seem annoyed and barely helpful. They don’t keep you updated on situations such as the gate, new management, gym, or pool. Parking is very limited (at least near us). I could go on...

This community is gorgeous but it is a shame they do not value the privacy of their residents, but hopefully this will change in the future. The main positive is most of the residents are very friendly and follow the community guidelines. Maintenance has been quick to address any issues that have come up and seem to really understand the property. The grounds are pretty and the neighborhood is located in a great area for busy bodies.

The apartment complex is clean. The community is very quiet at night. The staff is friendly from what I know. I moved here last year and it has bern great.

We ended up needing to move due to some crazy circumstances. At first, we were thrilled by this community and the available apartments. Now, I tell everyone I can NOT to move here. The leasing office is impossible to reach. Since ownership of the community changed, none of the resident portals work so people can submit maintenance tickets or request lease information. It is impossible to get answers to even simple questions. My best advice to someone looking for a good apartment? Do not be fooled by how pretty this one looks on the outside of the two esort style pools\. This entire community is a disappointment and we will be moving the moment our lease ends.
