My roommate and I had a great experience. Bailey up front showed us around and was very informative and very pleasant to have as a leasing agent. Place is under new management too so I can't wait to see how better the place will become!

SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEART ACH RENT ELSEWHERE You will be charged 30 a month for a trash service that does not consistently pick up your trash, and leaves mounds of trash everywhere. You will be nickel and dimed with fee's they make up as they see fit. You will put in maintenance calls that never get responded to, and you will deal with a staff that must have worked for a prison system. I've had a leaking ceiling for the entire time of my lease, and have put in multiple maintenance request and it's still not repaired. Certain parts of the property are well kept, mostly close to the rental office and the rest of the place is just embarrassing. Also for the first 8 months of my lease they were charging me for having 3 people in my unit and I only have 2, this effects how much you pay for water. I had a flood and maintenance never came out. The appliances are the cheapest ones you can buy and they are 10 years old. You will be forced to pay 51 a month for cable whether you use it or not!

I’ve been living in this complex for over 3 years and it’s been a great experience. I enjoy living here and Jose Castro has always been very helpful and responsive when I had issues with maintenance or had to renew my lease.

ASK FOR JOSE CASTRO! He is SO professonal and efficient, and he wants nothing more than for you to be happy at Westwnd Farms. It's a beautiful place to live. The management and staff are very responsive. We couldn't be happier with our choice with our beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. It's very spacious and nicely appointed. AND there are so many trees -- a very pretty neighborhood.
