When we arrived for a scheduled appointment we we’re not even greeted appropriately, Michael the leasing rep never got up from his desk, stayed on the phone, looked annoyed to see us, and when he did speaking asked why we were there and motioned his hands for us to wait in another room. He kept doing what he was doing and never came out. We left and he never seem to care. I wonder if they were surprised to see African Americans come through the door. Either way if they are rude at the first encounter I would not want to rent from someone and deal with that ongoing. If I could give a lower star I would.

I've been here for a few years and I can honestly say the past year things have really gone down hill. Management is a nightmare, staff is just a revolving door at this point, there's constant construction on whatever is going up 50 feet from the pool, and \complementary parking\ is bull. They provide you with a sticker but nothing else unless you pay them 50 a month for reserved parking. Living across from a bar is miserable, but the residents themselves aren't much better. I have found beer cans, dog urine, and dog poop in the elevator of my building several times. Everyone that lives at the BLVD are entitled jerks that never clean up after themselves or their dogs which is frustrating as a dog owner. Avoid this place and its INSANE price hikes.

Love this place. It’s been almost one month so far! And I am happy I choose this place. Staff is friendly, helpful and nice. And such a clean place!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Do you like fire alarms? I mean, do you really like fire alarms? If so...this is the place for you! False Alarms several times a week and lip service from the management office (actually the leasing office...which shows how much they care about you after you've signed on the dotted line). We had 6 fire alarms go off the first weekend we were here, and since then the fun doesn't stop. We asked to get out of our lease and were basically told, after a month of back and forth, to go pound sand. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Charging 50/month for garage parking, seriously? We're in ashburn and your occupancy is incredibly low. And then not allowing residents to park outside to avoid the fee. This a joke. So many negatives to this place, look elsewhere.
