Yesterday we had a Diwali Party in the corner Clubhouse. The guy who was from HOA was very rude with all the people who were entering into the clubhouse . There was one family where they have a senior citizen and also a 4 months baby stopped the car infront of the entrance just to make sure that old man gets down the car move on . I undetand it was a fire lane and not suppose to stand there , but as it was situation where they had to and the guy from the HOA , walked up to the car and shouting at the driver to move the car right now . I see that driver was requesting him to give him one min so that the old man and the infant can get down and move on, but that guy started threatening that family saying he will get them arrested if he doesn’t move the car on a count of three. A group of people standing there walked up to him and asked what’s his problem , he started threading all of us , saying the same thing that he will get all of us arrested and make sure the club House is cancelled just becoz one family stopped the car and trying to drop the senior citizen and infant . He was so redicilous and was behaving very rude . We have faced the kind of issue last year with this guy , but then we have complained to Brambleton HOA Last year and there was no action taken on that guy. And even this year I am gonna write an email to BAM HOA, I am not sure what kind of people the HOA Is hiring. We have to respect every one here . I hope THE BAM HOA will respond on this . Also interesting thing is that bugger has stopped his car near the fire lane and i think LAW is same for every one , when we have asked him how can u Park ur car there , his reply was it’s my wish u get out of here ️

unprofessional people leading this HOA, unfortunate is most of the covenants are time pass and show up guys.. need to follow-up at lest 4 to 5 times to work needs to be done. Keeping community ugly for months together, only few areas takes care, wastes lot of HOA money. They just plant trees and replace trees every 1-2 years, but they don't know how to maintain them and save money on labor and replacing the things. Same with Sad.. Hate Hate Hate.. these guys are here to waste residents money.
