Good morning everyone, this is Maria Zahid. I just want to say that the food and service at Burger 21 is top notch! We had an issue with our order, and although it was an Uber issue, the folks at Burger 21 took care of us, replaced the food items and even threw in some extras! Highly recommend; a complete experience and we will be back!

Shrimp burger was good and so was chicken montery. Loved the Oreo milkshake. Onion strings were OK, not crispy and salty.
Quick service, clean inside, & friendly staff. They are on point and have never gotten an order wrong. They have a sauce bar inside as well for you to pump your own sauce— they have at least ten. There’s parallel parking directly outside the restaurant but the parking lot (free and uncovered) is not too far.
Great Service. My son accidentally placed the order at a different location. We only realized that after we reached here for pickup. The manager still honored our order and delivered out food after a small wait. Really appreciate it. Thank You.
Haven't been here in awhile but tried the chicken tenders and onion straws which I was impressed with. I usually get a burger here. My two only complaints were the available tables were still dirty, they were cleared but not wiped down. Second, it was cold in there even though I don't get cold very often, it was still quite chilly in the corner section we sat in. We even moved tables b/c the initial table was under a vent. Great food tho! I'll be back for sure. I wanted a shake but I was too cold after dinner lol.
