As a resident for almost 12 years I have seen managers come and go. We've been blessed with mostly good and a few bad ones. Our present managers, Christine and Maria, are by far the best yet. They are a great team working together to create a pleasant, peaceful, safe, and clean environment. They both care about the residents and it shows. We are very fortunate to have them here. Another excellent reason for the harmony here is our maintenance team, Dan and Azziz. Drop a note to the office and they respond very quickly. They repair or solve the problem efficiently, and always with a friendly smile and courtesy. We're very grateful for such employees. Very recently all the apartments have been renovated with fresh paint, new flooring and carpeting, new cabinetry, and all new appliances. It's very special having all new surroundings. This is a quiet community with well maintained grounds, and the best caretakers. If you're looking for a decent apartment to live in, drop by, meet our staff, and see for yourself.
Love the size of rooms, the cleanliness of the buildings, and the Central Park feel to the property. This is my favorite Camden property, and I've been to pretty much all of them! Particularly helpful was Maria Wong, whose relevant expertise, appropriate thoughtfulness, and courteous demeanor made the visit as pleasant as it could possibly have been. Kudos, Camden! So im very big on first impressions and Camden Ashburn Farms has met/ exceeded my expectations. Maria W. is professional, friendly, and has been so helpful in helping me settle in! The apartment is clean, quiet, and management seems to be willing to resolve any issues that come up. I am overall happy to be living here.
Camden is a wonderful apartment complex. The staff members are incredibly generous and helpful. They put together several community events throughout the year. The maintenance team is always available to help with any issues or concerns. I enjoy living here and I highly recommend living at Camden Ashburn Farm.
