I've been here over 8 months and love it. Jack, Brenna and Laura are all incredibly welcoming and responsive to needs in the community. The maintenance staff are amazing; they're very personable and always quick to address issues. The sound-proofing is great - I almost never hear my neighbors. Honestly, I'm more concerned if they hear me I enjoy singing/music, but no one's ever complained to me (and I've checked with them to make sure I'm not too loud!). Love this apartment community and the space is perfect for what I need. Thank you, Camden Silo Creek! Y'all rock!

We have had 3 incidents including the one this morning where someone continues to leave a pile of feces on our door. Who would do this? Camden has not been able to identify or address this issue. Their response has been, we can't do much, we will reach out to the neighbors and that they will have the feces cleaned up. I have filed a police report, maybe they can help. The police suspect it to be human feces... My question is, who is the right mind would do this. We are good neighbors, we keep to ourselves, and don't bother anyone. If by chance anyone had an issue with us, be an adult and notify Camden or us, why resort to this barbaric behavior? To all residents on the property, I ask for your help, please keep an eye out for us and report anything suspicious. We cannot continue to live like this...
My experience with Camden Silo Creek was wonderful. From the first call this staff was welcoming and friendly. I primarily worked with Jack. He made you feel like you were a valued client and that he was there to form relationships and not just sell an apartment. He listen to our needs and made sure that the choice that I picked was appropriate for my family and their needs. He was a model of patients as he walked me through the process of renting an apartment. The apartments were remodeled and I love the aspect of having a private garage and the square footage that came with it without taking away from the apartment. The grounds were clean and relaxing. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to find a new apartment even though it did not work out for my family.
The management here is great! The are so kind and help whenever you communicate a need to them. They are quick to respond to community complaints on our Resident Portal, and they are visible around the complex. I had a few issues with my water heater that has not been their fault at all, and maintenance has worked hard to come out when I need them! It's hard to find a complex worth the crazy NOVA rent prices, but Camden Silo Creek is worth it! They even bring food trucks to the complex which is great for busy nights!
I cannot express enough how cordial and easy to work with Laura LaTouche was. She greeted us and helped us with the rental details, showed us our future apartment (answering all questions we had) and eventually led us through the application and lease process. In recent apartment searching we had a very different experience and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone like Laura help us out with everything. She was a big reason (among others... i.e. loving the apartment) that we ended up choosing to rent at Camden Silo Creek. We are very excited to move in at the end of this month!
