We had Creative Irrigation put in our sprinkler system more than 10 years ago. We could not be happier with the system and with the service received from Creative irrigation. They come each spring to turn it on and again in the fall to turn it off. They are always friendly, and they do a great job. Our yard looks great! I highly recommend this company!

Re-attached back flow attachment for sprinkler now its leaking promised to fix and nothing and wants to charge for more services, makes promises they can't keep and wants to charge for everything even their own mistakes! There are plenty of other companies that offers the same service but with respect t their customers, please learn to treat paying customers as such.
We have been using Creative Irrigation and lighting for close to 20 years and find them to be friendly and accommodating. Brian and Mike go out of there way to make you feel like family!
This is my first review and the system was just installed so I don't like to go all gang-busters with a first review which is why I'm only giving 4. But Mike was great after the install which was done very professionally and he walked me through how to use the system. I really like the convenience of the wifi system and it seems to work very well so far.
After over 6 months of in depth research and meetings with multiple sprinkler system installers throughout the DMV, we decided to move forward with Creative Irrigation & Lighting because their team was the most knowledgeable, provided the best site survey & plans, and provided the best overall value. Mike and Brian have been absolutely outstanding to work with. Their level of knowledge, customer service and responsiveness has exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Creative Irrigation & Lighting for any sprinkler and outdoor lighting projects.
