I get a telemarketing call on a Saturday from an employee at the Kim Barber Group at eXp Realty and she said she is calling about my father's estate. My father had recently passed away and come to find out that Kim Barber and her group apparently comb through obituaries and find people that have recently died and then somehow get their surviving relatives phone number and call them to see if they can list the deceased person's house for sale. What a sick and morbid thing to do as I along with my family was still grieving over my father's death and then I get this call from Kim Barber's office, trying to make a profit off my father's death. I think this is outrageous & about as low as one can get in that an agent would attempt to capitalize off of someone's recent death.
