Good Luck getting in contact with them after they have your money. I think the quote goes. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. I am sure Don Envisioned a much better company than what it is operating as now. When you reach out you inquires are dismissed or a they advise you to wait on fixes like you BRAND NEW WATER HEATER OR HVAC system going out. NO that is an emergency fix. I hope they are reading these comments and try to do better with the quality of their buildings and their response.

I got introduced to the Knutson company while purchasing my second home in Washington DC. My first home was built a few years prior by bozzuto. They too had issues but that another review. nonetheless you would think the amount of money you are spending for this house that you would be getting quality items. Especially after touring the home in Brambleton. That was not the case, mismatched grout, inconsistent paint, uneven cabinet, uneven pavements. Unconnected drains, electrical faults, roof top covers that fall off... The list goes on. Although the owner Don is very involved, there's a wide range of lackluster communication and responses to homeowners. I plan on filing a grievance with the city as I know they receive some funds to build this home in this newly zoned area. Hopefully they either fix everything too cold or lose all of their incentive money.
