Excellent selection, excellent quality of product, excellent communication and customer focused concern. Installation was great apart from a malfunction associated with machinery which was addressed by a follow-up visit to ensure no damage to floor or home. Expectations largely delivered for a reasonable cost. Would recommend in future.

We just had LVF replace old carpet with hardwood in our family room, office, stairs, upstairs hall, and one of our spare bedrooms that we've converted into another office. In addition, we had them put new carpet in three other bedrooms. Matt Ange was fantastic to work with, as was everyone we worked with along the way. From the Ashburn showroom to the workers doing the install - just a pleasure to work with and no problems that weren't rectified. I wish I could remember all of their names. Special shout out to Shannon Sibley of Wrought Iron Elegance for a critical assist on our project. Thank you LVF for a job well done.

The entire experience was excellent while working with Loudoun Valley floors, from selecting materials through installation. They were very knowledgeable of the wood and carpet selections and patient with our indecisiveness. They explain the details and differences very well and helped us reach an excellent decision. Insulation was scheduled and happened as planned, no delays. The insulation crew arrived on time and did excellent work. They were thoughtful and stopped several times during the day to ask my opinion.

The LVF crew did such an OUTSTANDING job on our floors. The team (Marvin/crew 1) who did the work, were very professional the whole time and were so efficient at their job while taking good care of our heavy furniture that needed to be moved around in addition to our kitchen/laundry appliances. Top notch!
