I’m super frustrated with this builder. Apparently the new miller and smith homes in one loudoun are supposed to be great quality, great customer service etc. That is not the case. They will basically take your money to purchase the home and then as soon as something breaks (within a month of you living there) they are no where to be found and can’t be bothered with your issues. Our brand new home basically had an electrical fire due to poor installation with the furnace and they aren’t fixing it. We have been living in an unheated home for the last month. Needless to say, we are not happy homeowners.

Beautiful contemporary designs of urban townhouses. Generous space, huge kitchens, large bedrooms, great options. These are luxury million dollar town homes perfect for empty nesters and small families. I love how they thought of everything and designed things in such a way that they are both functional and beautiful.
Who is buying this? It is way too expansive. 850,000 for a townhouse style home!
