Amazing! We've had lots of piano tuners service our piano over the course of 30 years, but we've never had expert service like Ashley provided. We had avoided having it tuned for a few years because we didn't like the last tuner we had. She took it apart and serviced it completely during the 4-hr service call. Most tuners vacuum and tune. Ashley lubricated, raised the pitch, softened & reshaped hammers, cleaned, vacuumed and more. She pointed out that our built in dehumidifier should only be plugged in during humid summer months. We came from a different climate and didn't realize leaving it plugged in was harmful. When you get a true expert, you get more for your money.

Ashley Turner has been tuning my piano for three years. She is (1) very meticulous and takes the necessary time for tuning, (2) honest about what she says and does, (3) advises reliably about the type and condition of a piano. Overall, I believe my piano sounds better now then ever before. The piano is over 40 years old and used during that time.

It was horrible experience. I had her for tuning my piano and after her service two of my keys are broken. I find her not very straight forward and not very honest. It just felt like I went to a garage with car and find tons of problems all of a sudden.
