Tom's team fixed up our vintage Rancillio good as new. After a month fighting with bad espresso, we realized we needed professional help. Turns out shipping a Miss Silvia would be half the cost of a new machine! I'm glad we found Potomac Coffee nearby. Tom's team diagnosed it and had it fixed in a week or two, at a reasonable price, and now it's as good as new. And we're no longer suffering withdrawal.

My wife and I enjoy TAC ground coffee and Organic teabags. We both had digestive problems with other coffee companies but not with Potomac coffee.our friend who drink these products also comment to in the taste
Great nespresso pods! Amazing customer service. Ordered online. Amazing price for the Caffe Boasi. Ordered both the Amabile and Intenso. Best cup from a Nespresso I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of the Nespresso pods over the years. One day shipping to local DC area. Can’t be beat! I’m definitely going to go to the store and check out the selection in person.
It is hard to get espresso machine repair people & as a result we could not serve espresso for 2 Weeks. I did everything to find a company that could help us. Finally based on recommendation from one of our Food supplier, I called Potomac Coffee and they came in and checked our La Cimbali machine and told me About the need to change the Motherboard & provided an estimate to do the job. I agreed and they changed The Motherboard by bringing in a new one.They happen to charge us way less than what they had estima- ted. I would still been happy if I paid 3 times more.these people will have my business for ever and I will also purchase our espresso beans from them. Highly recommended. It's a wholesaler, so not open to the public, but if you're in the business of selling coffee these are the best people to know.
