Very poor customer service. Food prep take too long. Counter people mixed up my order. Instead of chicken they gave me a shrimp order. I found out until we started eating. Then the manager told the customer who had ordered shrimp order that I took his food. The guy came over my table and started arguing with me. Then the counter person came over and started speaking loudly. It was simply a bad experience. The workers are unprofessional. They made a mistake. They should have corrected it. The place is really crowded. Not worth it. Don’t waste your time. Food quality is also bad.

Visited Tava Fry an Indian “fast food” that has locations in Ashburn and Herndon. Recently heavily promoted by a local radio station. Its outdoor dining in a canopy with heat and outside air attracted us to try it out eat-in and also carry-out a week later. Easy location to find next to PNC Bank as well as opposite plaza to Lotte. Clean inside with an easy to understand menu. Self-served so you order, receive a buzzer and when notified get your food in trays. Outside tables also inside a canopy. WE saw only 1 other table occupied. more than 10 feet away so we ate inside on a warm day. We ordered Pani Puri for the appetizer which was excellent. Main courses were Kati chicken roils…medium spicy and large portions. Tasted good. Also Goat Bhuna Masala on the bone which was EXCELLENT accompanied with Rumali Roti, also EXCELLENT. Rice was also served. Food tasty and served hot. Clean inside with such a few eat-in diners. Canopy was a good idea however word of caution, there is a step-down which you have to be careful walking…there should be some sign warning customers. A week later we ordered carry-out with the goat and roti and again excellent. Strongly recommend for “Mumbai street food”
Food is amazing tasty . And masala tea is very refreshing. I would highly recommend this place . I loved it .
We went here by chance for a quick bite after landing at Dulles, and both the service and food were delightful! The samosa chat especially was such an exquisite combination of flavors. This will definitely be my go-to airport spot.
Hope you are serving fresh food every day. The quality of chicken in shawarma very different between weekend and weekdays. My 2 cents, no short cuts in food business if you want to do well in the long run.
