Beautiful, great location and staff, but noisy apartments (can easily hear upstairs neighbors)

I toured The Heights tonight with Julie. She was accommodating and personable; I wanted to recognize her for that. The buildings and units are high end and look beautiful. We looked at more units than we originally planned. She picked up on my need to be a little off the beaten path after I told her about my early work schedule, my dog, and my preference of balcony views. Julie helped me walk additional units to the original list we had in different buildings to help me find a good fit, and called her partner in the office to help me get price quotes for different move in dates. Apartment hunting/moving is never fun for me, but I had a great, unique experience here. Thank you. Also, across the street Parrandos is a great spot to grab a drink and some food after your tour.

Dana Purpura and the whole staff were easy to work with, very professional, well informed, responsive, and it’s a beautiful building in a great location.
