My parents moved in to AL almost two years ago. They both wanted to maintain as much independence as possible, but needed more care. It's not an easy decision to make, but once it was made, we've all been so happy with the ease of transition, and the level of care and support from all the staff, in all areas. These past few months have been extremely trying for everyone, but when I call to check on them and they tell me \we're warm and cozy and don't need a thing\, I'm filled with relief, and such gratitude toward the staff that has cared for my parents when I can't.

I brought my parents up from FL 6 months ago to move into Waltonwood. They have enjoyed residing in both Independent and Assisted Living. The entire staff is dedicated and works hard to ensure that the physical and emotional needs of my parents are met at every level. For example, Waltonwood staff provide the needed support and care to my parents, one with physical limitations and the other with dementia. In addition, the staff are always friendly and helpful which means a great deal to us. The concierge, medical techs, aides, nurses and administrative staff have treated my parents with respect and compassion like they were members of their own family. I felt very supported whenever issues came up with their care. My parents feel that the food is top-rate, the staff are friendly and welcoming and the educational activities (art history lectures, Great Courses, movies and music programs) have been very enriching. My family feels this is a wonderful community.

Looking for senior living for a parent. Community is amazing and clean. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all of our questions on the needs of seniors. I would highly recommend visiting the staff at Waltonwood.
