That was the easiest and quickest process I have every had with Comcast/Xfinity. We had a DVR that stopped working and needed to be replaced. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The ladies working were very helpful and friendly.

You would think that such a large company like this would be professional and timely. They're not! They never answer your questions. Make you run around in circles trying to get anything resolved. Wasted years with this company. Switch to another!!

10/10 recommend going to the Ashburn Xfinity store. The team is awesome and welcoming! Everyone help each other managers Ammar and Zee are one of the best managers they have in the store. When there sale rep need help they respond and react immediately and listen to what the customer needs and wants. Roxana and Takiyah took great care of me when I went in. Helped me save so much on my mobile bill it was Awesome! Don’t listen to the bad comment. People are just being petty. I wish I could work with this team more. Keep the great job going!
