You have to surrender your driver's license just to work as a client customer. If you work on a night shift it might take up to 1 hour to get your driver's license after your shift is over...happened to me many times, because the security staff does not stay at front lobby...even after you call them saying you need to leave, you can tell your not the priority. Latisys employees accused me of things with 0 evidence. Their customer service leaves something left to be desired. If your looking for a good data-center, I recommend CoreSite in Reston or Equinix or Digital Reality or even Raging Wire. Even the employees I dealt with treated me like I was a outsider, I've had security guards tell me at other data-centers say they don't care about their customer (At one of the data-center recommended above) but they always faked it and make you felt accepted and helped you out. Bottom line, look elsewhere the architecture is terrible and technology is by far not superior to local alternative data-centers in the area. I've never had any problems with any staff with other data-centers.
