We had a great experience with NC Custom Modulars! We absolutely love our new home! Crystal was very helpful, answered any and all questions we had along the way (and we had a lot). They have the best customer service and they made sure we were informed about what was happening at all times. I’m so glad we chose them to build our forever home, no regrets!
We were originally happy with our home in 2017, but the poor quality of work from all involved is beginning to show. We have huge holes in our roof from shingles blowing off, the boards at the pitch of the roof are separating the entire length of the house, there are also several places throughout our home with cracks. Neither this company or champion homes has been any help in taking care of all the issues we have had, they just place blame on other parties.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the people in the office to the contractors I have never been treated so respectfully. They were always there for me if I had a question and they answered everything quickly. My home is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this company.
We bought our house from NC Custom Modulars in Asheboro last August and they were an absolute breath of fresh air to work with. We never felt pressured to purchase from them and the communication was amazing. Our house was move in ready sooo quickly! Hands down the best experience.
