I can’t even express how pleased I’ve been with the new HVAC Triad installed for me. From the receptionist to the follow-up after installation, everything has been perfect. Mike and Adam checked the work today that was done last week (by Grant), and agreed that all was done exactly as it should’ve been. It’s not just about the sale, but service after the check has cleared. I am so happy that I found a company who values their customers!

Called bout 10:30 am. Mike was rhere before 1:00 pm. By 1:05 he already knew what was wrong. Awesome, timely, professional...Mike and this company remind me of the days when people knew what they were doing and knew how to service the customer. I’m basing my recommendation on the technician who represents Triad Heating & Cooling. Mike Jones, was the technician who handled our issue from start to finish. Since a part had to be ordered the job required two trips. Mike is very polite, professional and punctual. If and/or when there’s another issue in the future, I’ll be calling Triad Heating & Air and requesting Mike Jones to be the technician.
