Tyler (owner) and his team were amazing to work with on our wedding day! They were on time and safely got our family and friends to the wedding. The vans were very clean and very comfortable. Also, my now husband and I had such a relaxing ride home In one of their luxury Mercedes vehicles. Thank you for your 5 star service! Tyler delivers a high level of service at a very fair price. My wife and I chose the service to tour the Hendersonville Wine Trail. Tyler has knowledge of the area, engaged in comfortable conversation, and surprised us with delicious snacks to accompany the (plentiful) wine along the way. The best part was when we pulled up to a vineyard with limited public space due to a wedding. The line to get in extended down the road but due to Tyler's connections there was a table waiting on us. After sitting us down and setting us up with a massive charcuterie platter several people politely came by to ask us who he/we were and how we did that. It was a great experience!
This is the VERY best transportation and tour company in Asheville. Tyler has the best customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough. He does day tours of the area as well - the top spots for waterfalls, swim holes, wine tours, etc.
Tyler & company were excellent. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a shuttle service for the local trails (Art Loeb etc). I’ve used other services in the past and these guys are absolutely the best!! Thanks!!!
Fantastic! We spent 3 days with Tyler and Backcountry Butler. Wish we could give him 10 stars. We had private tours each day and saw areas of Asheville we never would have visited without Tyler. From wineries to water falls to superb views we saw it all. Tyler is beyond professional, fantastic personality, and extensive knowledge of the area. He went over and above each time we were him. He also took us to the Charlotte Airport and his vehicles are very clean, beautiful, water and snacks available. We recommend Backcountry Butler without reservation!!!
