We visited this store two times and got good information and a written quote. We visited a third time and picked out the fireplace insert we wanted and gave our info. They said they would call us the next day to tell us what day they would come. Never heard back. It’s been over a month.

Always long wait times and rude customer service when trying to schedule service - finally got a repair person scheduled (which was over a month lead-time) and 30 min after he was supposed to be there called to find out what was up - met with very rude \someone should have left you a message\ - no apology, and was told to wait another 3 weeks because they were backed up. I'll find someone else, thanks.
