We had an awesome experience with Commonwealth all around. I shopped around for a couple months before visiting their lot and out of places I visited Commonwealth had some of the best units and prices around. Wide array of options to choose from and they I felt they waited patiently with me for several weeks so my financing with the bank could get sorted out. Not pushy at all. I've already recommended to friends and neighbors and if I were to buy another RV I would definitely go back.
We visited commonwealth after visiting the \BIG\ rv dealers in the Ashland area. It was so nice to be able to window shop without the added pressure of a walk through the door credit check. We ended up buying a class c motorhome from them and they were very helpful every step of the way. This next part might not seem like a big deal to some but it is to me... I made the mistake of not checking how much I put into the whole deal before taking possession of the camper... 2 days later Chris called me and told me that I overpaid by 1000 and that they have already refunded the money back to my account. Maybe i'm to blame to not dotting my t's and crossing my i's but i have to say its very refreshing to work with a company that is honest and looks out for theyre customers. Will definitely be back next year to trade up!
Met with Chris to preview Class A motorhome. He was very helpful providing a wealth of useful information to help us determine our needs and narrow our search. He provided personal attention and was not at all high pressure as we have experienced at some larger RV dealers.
