Best plumbing experience in the Northern Neck! actually showed up on time and were very professional! I scheduled the appointment online which was very easy, got a text confirmation and another text when the technician was on his way! Living in the Northern Neck this was by far the best experience! We try to support local businesses and were pleased to find out they now have an office in Kilmarnock. The technician was professional and the neatest plumber i have ever encountered. He was very up front about my options and costs. There were no surprises cost wise..

Discovered a major leak in our water heater in the middle of the night. Called Gilmans’s 24/7 answering service and received a call and appointment first thing in the morning. In less than 12 hours we went from a bit of mess with no hot water to a newly installed hot water heater. Could not be more pleased with the professional work Brandon Griggs and Blaine provided. We were given an overview of work to be done and quote on options before starting. The installation is clean and neat…like nothing ever happened! Incredible response in the middle of a pandemic. Thank you.

Great service! Troy H. did our annual inspection and was very easy to work with. He followed safety protocols with mask and boots which is great right now, didn't have to ask him. We have been very pleased with Gilman since they installed our system a few years back. As we are going to have to replace our downstairs system soon, will use Gilman again.

I want to thank Gilman and especially Cody W for the outstanding job he did in restoring our heat on Friday February 12th whenRichmond was having a bad winter storm.. I called Gilman late morning and Cody W arrived around 2 pm which I consider to be a very quick response given the weather. Cody worked diligently to resolve the problem which ended up being faulty wiring installed by the builders of our addition years ago. I’m just so impressed by his determination and hard work. Thank you Cody and Gilman!
