I have a GMC certified 2019 Sierra. Was trying to get free service that was included with purchase but was told the info had not been entered into system by selling dealer. Was advised recall would need to be performed before info could be entered. Took vehicle in for recall and person I dealt with was very professional and polite. He advised he would call selling dealer and take care of this for me, then call me when I can bring truck in for service. Expect to hear from aPatrick GMC in the next few days to get my truck serviced. So far, highly recommend Patrick GMC.

The car I really, really wanted was found & before purchasing it, it was brought to me at my job so I could test drive it. The service is extremely good and fast. This is the first time I've ever gone on a car lot to purchase a car and I'm glad I did. I'm so thankful & grateful for Ronnie, Billy, and Alex...they're the best!!!!

Patrick Buick - GMC is on a downward decline and i would not recommend them. I have been a loyal customer to Patrick to include driving from an hour away once I moved out of the area. Yesterday was the last event for me. I was asked if I wanted my DEF fluid filled and I replied with yes. I was charged for it to be filled but will was not full. I agree it was more full then when I dropped it off. I told this to the service provider and they told be the tech added 2.5 gallons, however it was not full. This is a first when a tech or a service writer did not want to charge a customer more. I was prepared to pay for it to be filled and requested for it to be filled. I tried to talk to the Service Manager however they were on a call with GM so I was told. I provided my contact information to the Sales Manager and he said the Service Manager would contact me as soon as they got off the phone. I have yet to be contacted. The service team and customer service at Patrick could learn how to treat customers with respect and provide them with the service they said they will. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation took 4 hours to be completed. I had planed to wait for it but at the last minute decided to take an Uber back to work. Thank goodness I did. When I expressed disappointment I was told we had two call outs today and they were backed up. That is the type of information that should have been provided up front or not at all. Not as an excuse. Its a shame cause I love to support local business but I am sad to say Patrick will no longer have my business.

Great people. I always bring my kids with me for service. The staff always goes out of thier way to make sure my little ones have things to do or just come to say hi.
