Just got a pretzel ask to make shure it was fresh, its hard as a rock. 3:10 on April 8th, act like he didnt want to make more , there was only 2 in case looked like they were hard. Guess what they were, then walked by told him, he acted like he could care less, lady next door at the cookie store , said she would go over a make a fresh one herself, that I was a regular and we dont do people that way, especially a regular

Workers on staff today (9-30-2018) complained about us wanting to order the bacon and mozzarella bites when we went to order them at 5pm because \I wasn't going to make anymore\ before closing an hour later. Talk about service. Did not order. Not sure if the abysmal service is certain staff or the norm.
