No matter what you may or may not know about aircraft, this location is a must! We were so impressed by all the different types of planes and especially how they were arranged in the hangars. There were many exhibits with easy to read information and stellar artifacts! Plan to spend 2 hours, unless you have toddlers with short attention spans. This museum literally has something for everyone!

Ended our road trip last visiting this amazing place. Started off with the beautiful SR-71 front and center. Has two huge hangars attached with dozens of aircraft. Would also highly recommend the flight simulators unless you have a problem going upside down. Lots of exhibits aimed for young ones as well for those with kids. It's incredible how pristine all the aircraft look. Just disappointed I didn't get to see the F-117 Nighthawk that's arriving in a few months.

A great learning experience on a large scale. I have grown up going to this museum and it has always been one of my favorites. There is so much to say about it. For such a large museum there are surprisingly few displays until the scale of each item is taken into account. Seeing the history of Strategic Air Command planes is neat. The smell walking through the museum of the old oil and paint drives home how these planes were used. The educational pieces that rotate for boistering the STEM field are appreciated and fun. Lastly it's a great place to go and walk around when the weather outside is less than ideal.

Kids loved it. Wasn't even on our itinerary but stopped and spent almost 3 hours there!

Great aviation and space museum. Unfortunately I only had a few hours this afternoon. I could have spent the entire day because there is so much to see and read

The strategic air command museum is quite nice. Lots of history of the base and the fort that was once here. Price is right. They have tours, conference areas, meeting room and other specialty occasion venue along with a snack bar and fun things for the kids.

This museum was a pleasant surprise! It was much bigger than we thought. It has fantastic displays and is very interactive. Great activities for kids too.
