My engagement ring is from Tompkins and it absolutely beautiful. We went in today to pick our bands and it was such a smooth and efficient process. They have a great selection of bands for men, including the newer titanium styles. Sheila is such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend anyone to call and ask for an appointment with Sheila.

The staff is great sure but my fiancee and I needed a temporary ring and we paid extra to get a Sterling silver one so it would not turn her finger green however a few weeks later her finger started to turn green and we went back in and they told us that it was not Sterling and we were given false information and when I asked to return it or trade it for what we actually paid for they said all salls are final.. so if you want a good honest company I wouldn't go here...

I found out about Tompkins Jewlers from our Secretary/Treasurer as I have always dealt with Fink's! I'm thrilled to have found a family owned jewler is believes in customer service first and foremost! They took their time explaining why certain things could be done in house and why other's had to be sent to make of jewlrey. They were extremely accommodating and will definitely be back! I also love that they have a \store\ feline employee! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
