We’ve used Ashley for years and they’ve always been great but this most recent experience led me to post a 5 star review. Water heater died yesterday morning...repair tech was here within an hour of the call who reported to us it was dead. Then the person to provide an estimate to replace it was here 2 hours after that. And 25 hours after we first called them, they were here to replace our 75 gallon tank. Hot water restored in about 26 hours. Everyone we ever deal with there is always super professional, helpful, etc. Happy to continue to give them my business!

This company is so fantastic to work with! I've never been more satisfied with a company before. The 2 techs who came out to do the install were fantastic, efficient, respectful, kind, and very professional. The teachers definately were hired by the company for all the right reasons!!!!! They were very precise and worked hard! I'm glad we chose these guys to do business with and look forward to doing more business in the future with them. Thank you!

When my 22 years old furnace went out in the middle of winter I called Ashley for a repair. The repair person, Bob, arrived quickly. Not surprisingly, Bob let me know the furnace had exhausted its life and a sales rep was quickly went out to discuss options. I elected to also have the AC and water heaters replaced as they were also original to the house and at the end of their lives. I feel like I received a fair price by bundling all three together. The sales rep, Dane. was friendly and knowledge and gave me options for equipment and payment methods. He also lent us some space heaters to get us through the weekend, which was very much appreciated. Installation went very smooth. All pieces of equipment were installed and inspected by the city in about six hours. The technicians, Zack and Colton, were professional and friendly and walked us through the features and operation of the equipment. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service, speed, and quality of the work and equipment provided by Ashley and would highly recommend them. I’m hoping this equipment lasts another 20 years.

They installed a new heat pump and air handler. They were on time and completed it in 1 day. The two young gentlemen that installed the system were very professional and polite. The best service I have received in along time, would recommend this company to everybody.
